Why Choose our High School in Panama, Clayton?
As a top high school in Panama City, we focus on preparing our students for what lies ahead, developing their critical thinking and research skills, so that they can start to learn independently and continue to develop a lifelong love of learning while achieving success both in the classroom and beyond.
As well as outstanding tuition, we regularly assess, record, report and track the progress of each student, ensuring that they receive individualised support to enhance their academic achievements. Our team of expert teaching staff support students to identify and hone their talents, as classes become more focused on formal subject-based learning. Our students also benefit from exceptional facilities and resources at our secondary school, with a brand new, purpose-built campus that provides the ideal environment for learning to thrive.
During 'transition week' in June, Year 6 students who will be joining the high school are invited to visit their new classrooms and get a feel for their new timetables. Students take part in a range of assemblies, activities and workshops all designed to help familiarise them with key subject areas and the growing expectations placed on them as they enter this phase of their high school education.
Students usually take 9 or 10 IGCSE examinations in a variety of subjects at the end of Year 11. At our high school in Clayton, Panama, we support students in Year 9 as they start to choose the subjects they may wish to study at this level.
We achieve consistently outstanding examination results, and students go on to study the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, leading to successful admission to top universities around the world.
