Welfare

At King’s College, Panama, all school staff members are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect visitors and volunteers to also share this commitment.

Staff Training

All academic staff receive annual online safeguarding training. In addition to this mandatory training. All non-academic staff receive in-house training from the DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead).

Any safeguarding concerns that are brought to the attention to members of staff will be dealt with according to school protocol. External authorities will also be notified where appropriate.
